Turabian Style Paper

Turabian style papers are written based on the Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses and Dissertations by Kate Turabian. Just like the Chicago style of writing, the Turabian style of writing allows for the use of two systems of documentations. One of them is the note/ bibliography system and the second one is the Author date system. Writing Turabian style papers using the note bibliography system involves citing of sources inside text by use of markers (hypertext numbers).

Hypertext numbers are included in the body of Turabian style papers at the point where ideas from a source have been use. Details about the source cited by the markers are then provided by a footnote at bottom of the page of Turabian style papers or by an endnote usually located at the end of a division of Turabian style papers. Information cited in the footnotes or endnotes is then reflected in a bibliography page found at the end of Turabian style papers. The bibliographic page of Turabian style papers is usually arranged in alphabetical order.
In Turabian style papers that utilize the author date system, sources are referenced inside text by enclosing the surname of the author and the materials date of publication in parentheses. The parentheses of Turabian style papers are placed at the end of sentences that carry ideas from a source. Details about the sources cited inside text by use of parentheses are then provided in a list of references found at the end of Turabian style documents. The Turabian style list of reference is also arranged in an alphabetical order. Writing Turabian style papers is not easy as a lot of skill is required to make the citations and references.

Color discrimination can occur between persons of different races or ethnicities, or between persons of the same race or ethnicity. Regulation that prevents race discrimination also prohibits discrimination based upon stereotypes, assumptions about abilities, traits or the performance of individuals of certain racial groups. Race discrimination can also occur if an individual is treated differently based upon their association with members of another rac...

Plaintiff

1. I am a federal employee and believe that I have suffered discrimination at work. Do I have a different process to follow than other employees? Yes. When a federal employee believes she has been the subject of discrimination or retaliation, she must go through an administrative process in an attempt to resolve the situation. The first thing a federal employee must do to start this process is to contact an EEO counselor at the Agency where he or she is employed. This step is called "initiating the EEO process." You must initiate the EEO process  within 45 days of the last discriminatory or retaliatory incident .   back to top 2. What if I miss the 45-day deadline? The law provides that the time limit is extended if you show that: You were not notified of the time limits and were not otherwise aware of them; You did not and reasonably should not have known that the discriminatory matter occurred; or Despite due diligence you were prevented by circumstances beyond...
